When I was still in the New Age spirituality community, whenever I had a bad day, I had a variety of options to help me feel better.

I could pull out my pendulum and get “answers” to whatever situation I was facing. I could communicate with my spirit guides or I could attend a spiritual class and have discussions and support with like-minded people. Or I could book an energy healing session with a channeler who would “work” on my energy fields. There seemed to be endless ways to feel better.

Then I came to the MCEO Freedom Teachings, and suddenly everything felt… bare. When I had a difficult day, what tools did I actually have?

The Maharic Shield. Flame Body. LTRs. Psonns.

I genuinely wondered whether something was missing, because compared to everything I had before, this path feels stripped bare. For a newcomer, I can understand why the Freedom Teachings doesn’t immediately sell itself.

But to better understand this, I think we need to take a step back and look at what the Freedom Teachings is actually trying to accomplish.

The MCEO Freedom Teachings is fundamentally about remembering the power we already have within ourselves. We’ve always been conditioned to seek answers, validation and healing outside of ourselves, rather than building a direct vertical connection with Source. We didn’t even know we were worthy enough to have a direct connection to Source!

So yes, it feels naked.

It feels as though you had been carrying around a huge bag of spiritual tools, and then one day you’re being asked to put that bag down. Suddenly it’s just you, your own higher parts, and your relationship with Source. And this can feel incredibly uncomfortable. Trusting and believing yourself becomes harder as there are no external reassurances.

However the trick is simply to just begin practicing and this begins with the Maharic Shield. Making it a daily practice to build that D12 Christos connection. And from there gradually working with the other techniques. Persistence and consistency will, over time allow the results to begin revealing themselves.

One thing I also came to understand is why New Age healing can feel so comforting. These frequencies resonate with the reversals already present within our bodies. This immediate and temporary sense of relief creates the illusion that healing has occurred, when the deeper distortions remain unaddressed.

It can also seem mind-blowing that something as simple as singing Psonns or working with symbol codes could facilitate healing. Compared to having someone channel an angel, cast a spell, or promise to clear your energy field, these methods almost seem too simple to work.

But through the Freedom Teachings, we learn that everything in creation manifests through light and sound. Symbol codes are expressions of light, while Psonns are expressions of sound. These are the actual mechanics of creation itself. When you really stop to think about it, that’s so incredible! – Source has already provided the very technologies we need.

Another reason the Freedom Teachings doesn’t resonate with everyone is that the teachings carry a frequency band of 6D and higher. If an individual is unable to create enough of a bridge in frequency to meet that, then the chances of recognizing the material as truth become much slimmer. This may help explain why some people feel an immediate resonance when they encounter the teachings, while others feel nothing at all.

Not to mention that this sacred body of work has been under constant attack since it was brought back through the Speakers during the last SAC. As a result, you won’t find many in-person communities today, only a handful of online ones. Even then, discernment is important, as infiltration remains an ongoing concern in these online communities.

Compared to the New Age path, this can be a very lonely spiritual journey. But perhaps that’s also part of the training. In hindsight, I don’t think the Freedom Teachings gives us fewer tools. I think it removes all of the things we’ve learned to depend upon, so that we can gradually remember our own direct relationship with Source and cultivate a strength that comes from within. And that’s the most precious gift one could ever receive.
